Instead of Boycotting IPL match by political. All local cricket fans should not attend ipl match peacefully. Let see how many audience will attend match. Today i will watch match on TV to check audience strength.

That will not give you publicity so I guess nobody is doing it for this reason

  1. CSK is a team which has players from many states and nation's.
  2. CSK management is a private entity.
  3. CSK is not going to play at Chennai alone but across the nation.
  4. CSK, its team nor its management is any way part of these protest.
  5. Protest are done by and for the people.
  6. Protesters are not traveling across the nation to various stadiums to protest.
  7. Protesters did not speak against KKR or CSK or any Cricket Player or any Celebrity involved in the match directly or indirectly.
YET some seem to DESPERATELY want to find some reason to see CSK GONE. :ROFLMAO:

Everyone said no IPL in CHENNAI....

  1. None said CSK should BOYCOTT....
  2. None said TN players should BOYCOTT...
  3. None said TN audience should BOYCOTT...
Every single person involved in the protest and who spoke on a mike said they are neither against IPL nor CSK or CRICKET but just against celebrations in the open while people are protesting for a long pending but resolvable issue and I RESPECT their OPINION.

Hopefully the players and support staff won't be harmed :win:

Nopes. The protest was way decent i believe so there is absolutely no chance that the players or staff will be harmed by neither the protestors or those who wants to somehow bring bad name to the protestors.

Also students seem to be completely missing from today's protest so probably either they are not interested or planning for something big in the coming days or they would want to wait for May 3rd for SC response.

This is how we treat our Guests. Sad but reality

When there is a protest there are two groups of people in the same area.

  1. First group is the protestors who are either old and held high position in society or well educated students and both of them enjoy huge public support and simply want to peacefully pass on the message and maintain decency and protest. They have a better lives, decent livelihood, never put themself for a sale for any reason and not ready to get beaten-up or involve in a scuffle either with police or others. Most part of Marina protest is a very good example as we saw thousands gathered in a single place yet not a single issue for women or kids and the popular figures even brought the mobile vans used by film industry which has rest rooms and other essential facilities for those who are in need. Many doctors who took part in the protest even gave free treatments for those required.
  2. Second group is those who hate these decent and well educated protestors and want to somehow bring bad name to them as they have strong affinity with some groups who have absolutely no say in the state (dont want to mention any political party) nor get any votes from the people. The defeat of the decent first group is a gain for them as they dont like decency as their very livelyhood depends on the illegal works they do. If they dont create any issues then they are not paid.
The shoe that was thrown, was probably belong to the second group as none would hurl a show at their very own team. Everyone loves DHONI here.

If possible please check the popular figures (most of them old film directors and other senior citizens) comment with translation on the protest venue and not a single promote violence or indecent behavior nor did anything illegal and every single said these protests are not against Cricket or IPL.

Usual BCCI reaction....they shifted the matches out of Hyderabad during the Telangana agitation
