Presidents Rule needs to be imposed in TN. Law and Order needs to be kept under control.

And most importantly, all rivers should be declared as national waterways, which i feel has already been done. So that states will stop fighting for rights as all rivers will be under centre, centre will then treat states equally.

You have to Answer Sarkar Bros question then how opposing a Private Body like IPL can bring Cauvery Water.

In Reality nothing can bring Cauvery what Karnataka gives we should be satisfied with and Karnataka or Central Government at any cost won't create a Cauvery Water Board that TN asks for but some weak agency that is controlled by Central Government going to be created that is fact.
