Not for me. These r small features. We cant ignore the quality for these features. For bluetooth logitech adapter can be bought and there is no need of usb that only plays songs. For videos i have android box, laptop, tv
 
They should have included these features although small but bluetooth and usb are very useful and required features and is deal breaker for most.

Huge difference, yes and no.
Mostly, the dynamic range is good in True HD. That is the super low level volume and high level volume. Imagine, you're at 70% of total volume. You have very high intensity bomb blast sound and also, a very very minute sound of a dropped pin which you need to listen intrinsically listen to hear. It is just a capability of true HD format. Rest is up to the audio engineer who mixes it. No may audience appreciate it.

Secondly, it has a better sound quality and again, not many can appreciate it as it requires a proper acoustic treatment of the room. You may hear minor difference, in general. Some love it, some might not be. Please Google it to know more bro as it is a bit hard to explain and the topic is vast.

True. In most of the AVRs usb is only for audio playback and software update.

You can play true hd if your laptop could decode it. Lipsync could be an issue.

Some won't like the sub woofer that is shipped along with it. Might not be as loud as Sony's but does a good job for it's size. You can always add an active sub woofer to this AVR. I use the supplied subwoofer and if I'm watching something nice, I just bring the sub from my home studio setup to give more bottom end. For the price, the htr is very good. I have not listened to iv300, so cannot command about the difference.

Yes. But as always, you can get a basic AVR, get two speakers and then upgrade eventually one by one when time permits.
