My Choice is Redmi 4 32GB @ 8999.
This is the best shot you can get in this range now.

don't go for Moto C series, all are of Mediatek made.

i saw in one of the posts Moto offers unlimited Android updates.. it's wrong.
Motorola has a promised update of 2 years from the date of launch of the handset.
But now the story is different. Moto is with Lenovo.
all promises of Moto has gone in vein. no update or nothing in a timely manner.

I had ordered Lenovo K5 Note 4 (4GB)
