You can definitely upgrade but I am not sure whether it will activate or not as Upgrade offer gone.

Download Size depends on whether 32 or 64 bit. For 64 it will be around 3 GB

I'm using 32 bit what will be the size. As I use airtel 3.4gb daily pack will it be enough for me. Please tell

yes it'll be enough the download size will be 2.7 gb approx

Iso size will be around 2.5 GB but after grade to Win 10 it will download monthly update so it will cost few hundred MB more so it will be enough with 3.4

Download this tool to download windows 10. Make sure you select 32 bit edition.

Better download ISO using media tool than upgrade via win update as if for some reason windows update failed then you will lost all download, you hv to again start from beginning.

Start download from 10 pm night so that you can get benefit of both today and tomorrow(after 12 am night) data quota

it depends on your internet connection speed. Do a speed test and calculate the estimate time.
