Even I want to buy a new scooter for college purpose . I also need mileage and more space under seat so I could fit library books. Suggest me any scooter that is worth to pay also keep in mind i will be using it for more than 5 yrs and giving it to my parents for their use.

Honda Activa. My favorite, i prefer it over 4 wheels, since it slides quickly in traffic. I'm not sure of your under seat space needs. But also consider another factor that is the lid of petrol tank should be somewhere else other than below the seat it makes comfortable experience while filling at a petrol pump.
