Means i didn't get you....you mean to say I compare 5.1 and 2.1 sony sound bar i think 2.1 has front pro sound effect but I have not use any of this so don't know how they sound.

You have to either connect TV to HT via digital audio cable or STB to HT via digital audio cable.
