For merchant account???Now Paytm may charge for loading money to paytm Wallet via credit card for all customers from 15th december 2019.
Only transactions less than 10,000 of loading wallet from credit card is free. Post 10,000 charges may apply.
As per business partner terms and conditions and its already mentioned at the bottom of the image in bold words.

Bro I suggest you don't ever use ur merchant account for doing credit card cash purpose, otherwise ur merchant account will be blocked. The monitor all transactions very thoroughly and if they observe any anomalous activities then they will block ur merchant account. Use only for small payments. I load money to my friends Paytm wallet through my SBI Credit Card then transfer that wallet balance to my Paytm merchant account which is linked to my HDFC savings account.
Will they track my usage and stop my account?

But i see on internet that lot of people using this trick to convert cash from credit card.
