Is it possible to deploy SA 5g with 6.25 Mhz block of n5 and 6 MHz block of n8 or does it need contiguous 10 MHz blocks of sub GHz spectrum of same band?
The latter, contiguous 10 MHz in the same band.

Then how Airtel going to implement sa 5g in kerala there is no continuous 10 MHz Available on 850 and 900 MHz
Not only in Kerala, even in Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Haryana, possibility of UP(W), of course Kerala, there is no chance to buy & complete 10MHz of 900/850MHz spectrum in current auction. Even in some circles like Maharashtra, UP(E), TN, MP-CG, Rajasthan, the chances of Kanjoos Airtel buying additional sub GHz spectrum to get contiguous 10MHz is very very low, imho. Only chance is 600MHz in future upcoming auctions.

They're going to use N3 or N1 not a low band. They have already started N1 4G/5G DSS in Chennai airport by deploying 4x4 Mimo on B3 and N1. Similar way they have started N3 DSS in Hyderabad airport also. So for SA in case that happens they'll utilise mid bands only

@RummaanKhan bro, Airport is a different thing, since n78 is not allowed in and around them (some altimeter or something interference issue). But in general, if Airtel is going to avoid subGHz bands for SA, whether using N3 will be enough for Vo5G without call drops ?? Or Voice will always through VoLTE even with Airtel's SA 5G, just like Jio (for now) ?

Overall spectrum holding table and bar chart also updated in the article. Now it represents only spectrum held by operators currently, including spectrum won in recently concluded auction but excluding spectrum reserved for BSNL that's not yet assigned to it.

Changelog:
  • Spectrum held by Defence and Railways in 850/900/1800 MHz bands is also added to the chart for better clarity.
  • Now all circles in 850 MHz total to 20 MHz, in 900 MHz total to 25 MHz and in 1800 MHz total to 70 MHz including both private and public sector holdings along with the unsold spectrum held by DoT.

This is very common for PSUs like MTNL and BSNL, like you know MTNL 900 MHz spectrum in Mumbai and Delhi expired in 2019 and today 5 years later they are still using it without any official reallocation.
Vi is technically a pseudo PSU with the Government holding the largest shareholding so you can expect such behaviour from them going forward. Same reason for not taking action on not meeting the minimum rollout obligations. It would be better to just merge Vi with BSNL and simplify it.
How to do that? BSNL deploying their 4G with desi equipments(some with Nokia) and Vi has already used Huawei+Ericsson+ZTE+Nokia.
