No fresh spectrum has been put up for sale but earlier the spectrum reserved for BSNL was not counted, now since that is taken into consideration as well, the caps for both 3.5 GHz and 26 GHz bands has been increased.its good that 3.5gh cap is increased to 150
I'm afraid that's not possible now, the changes have been made already.can you just screenshot here before removing 900mhz and 1800mhz spectrum.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. We have been able to fix the issue and you will now be able to find the right and left arrow keys at the footer bar to load the previously inaccessible pages. Let me know if there is anything else.Not able to scroll or see after 2100mhz in the spreadsheet
