I never heard Sri Lanka navy kill Indian fisherman (but yes they arrest our fisherman and release them) but I always read news about how pak launches terrorist attack which took lives of thousands of Indian lives and how our brave soldiers died in Kashmir due to pak attack both directly by their Army in LOC and indirectly by ISI in the name of LET or IM terrorist. I think India should have captured whole Pakistan in 1971 (Bangladesh war) when lakhs of pak soldiers surrender in front of Indian Army.
