Congrats @thisisjagan!!! I am also using Vu 43 inch FHD tv but with Dish HD+, I really liked tv quality and happy with the product. I bought it in March 2017 for Rs.24,500 got 1500 off (Mrp was 25,999) at that time with HDFC card during flipkart TV day.

Does HD Ready or Full HD Matters for 32 Inch TV while watching SD Or HD TV , PQ is almost Same ...
My requirements are mostly for TV channels with Tata Sky , not for playing Full HD Movies ...

Not Exactly.. I am using 32" Sansui HDTV and i am more than happy. I watch HD channels, and stream videos via Amazon Prime & NetFlix.
Go for FHD TV when you want 40" or bigger TV.

Don't go for it if your requirement is only SD. Again Im telling you, audio is too bad.

Yup bro.. dropped the plan for Vu 43 inch and getting Panasonic 43 inch..
Vu - 24k and Panasonic - 31k.. 7k diff in both the tv..
