I heard from one of my friend who is from Balasore
 
Whatever I understand from the development, there is some problem in the whole railway interlocking system. To avoid this, CBI is doing inquiry. And Govt also didn't clarify whether they are making inquiry into the signalling system.
If anyone can manipulate railway signal system and make happen accident, it is better not to travel in railway.
