I am also getting the same since 4 or 5 days i thought it's because of cyanogenmod update but it's added by facebook only

Such type of notifications comes for almost all newly designed material design apps in android lollipop. It is new feature called notifications on lockscreen, designed to show notifications in a better way. Facebook added it for kitkat too along with other design tweaks of material design. :k

@Dinesh, the app size is around 35mb but including cached files and images it is that much big. Else it is less than half in size of what you are getting in your phone.
