Seeking Help Nothing opening while pressing two keys in windows 10

I am using win 10 pro when I am pressing two keys in kepad and trying to open anything its not opening what to do. Can any one help me how to fix this. This was not happening in window 7 please help. I am not able to use virtual DJ with this issue
