I came across app all NOTV (Namma ooru tv) which contains all Tamil channels not regular Tamil channels Local channels . If you are interested you can download in google play store and watch it. It has more than 100 Tamil channels. (if already admins know about this app then please close this thread).

Yes the app is very good and contains lot of local channels
