No jio network

I reside in a village.. and all of a sudden from yesterday Samsung mobile users are getting jio network. I am using Moto G3 nd unable to get jio network. Further I enquired with my friends and came to conclusion that only subscribers using Samsung mobile are getting full network. All other subscribers using another brand mobiles are not able to get jio network. How is it possible?

Check Band support. Jio provides network on 850Mhz, 1800Mhz and 2300Mhz.. May be Jio is active only on one band in your village and only samsung phones are supporting that band.

Myself using Moto G3 XT1550
Moto G3 Supports only 1800Mhz and 2300Mhz, i.e., Band 3 & Band 40

Jio has its network on 850Mhz, 1800Mhz & 2300Mhz i.e., Band 5, 3 & 40
Band 5 is for getting good signals inside buildings, good for calling, Band 3 & 40 for outside areas. U will get connected to Band 40 or 3 if you are standing on an open place outside or on large buildings.

due to unavailablity of band 5 on G3, i experience very low signals inside my house. they may have withdrawn 1800 & 2300 from ur area and only giving signal on 850Mhz

do check with NetVelocity app on ur friends mobile, on which band they are getting signal. If its on 850Mhz only then nothing can be done.

So finally moral of the story is that. Moto G3 does not support 850 MHz band for LTE. And I would never get network in my village. I am feeling that jio has cheated on me by listing my mobile in compatible handsets over their site

Not really as it is compatible with Jio's other 2 freq.

But then I am not getting network on my mobile when tower has been started in my village

So jio should note my complaint​ regarding this. But they are not even ready to note down my complaint by saying that my area is still not listed in their system with such information. And telling me jio has no future plans too for launching towers over here when tower is already functional
