That's how they take all the credits for all the projects. If CM shows up how are they supposed to hide the fact that state government alloted land for a Central government projects.

Same happened in my state. They came in power and innagurated new bridge Saraighat Bridge and tried taking credit of it. Meanwhile our newspapers roasted them well how BJP came in power and built a new bridge in mighty Brahmaputra within 6 months of coming in power.
