Call to CC today....followed instruction...she is saying...please record some videos for 5 minute...I will checking....
in between...Im said "Madam when we are buying any product easily done....but when we are returning product....lots procedure to followed...if its continues NO ONE buying from Amazon"

she is diverted topic with...we now introduce recharge option,,gift vouchers,,,,etc....

I said....Im Not Interested....please solve my problem.....

then after 6 minutes video recording....normally mobile temp...upto 40 degree....this phone started with 10 degree to 35 degree....

we arrange for technician....who is call you and please tell problem...he gives you resolution....after recd resolution...we arrange replacement...
