And I think u r return window is closed now. generally return window closed on 10th day after receiving the product.
now U have to follow the process whatever Amazon Cc says or have to visit any service centre.

Wrong, he won't be seeing return option at all if return window was closed by now. Amazon is doing a fraud type work in return of mobiles, if you can be smart then only you can return the device. For software related error they are checking via their own made/designed SMARTCHK app (Blancco Diagnostics (previously SmartChk) - Android Apps on Google Play) and as you can see in Play store review, its a fraud app which shows device working normally even if any error is present to save company from getting their garbage back!

I somehow managed to return the garbage and got Nokia branded phone which turned out to be a lot well.

No idea if you could be able to, everytime luck doesn't give chance, sorry bro so can not really give any suggestion.

What procedure? There is not any kind of... Depends on your luck as i said in that old thread of mine, all we need to prove is device is faulty, i proved by showing hardware related fault. Since he already did the same and Amazon refused, there isn't much hope left.
