Forget regional language it's useless in Hindi itself. The pricing is for posh audience. Why even bother bringing in native or regional language?

If UI is in regional languages, they are forced to offer more regional contents or regional audios for their international contents

You can expect regional audio. But regional content just ain't happening. It's expensive to make and painful to recover cost when quality also has to be maintained.
