Install NoRootFirewall from app store and block camera app Connecting to Internet
Thanks bro this helps me half...it helps to save data usage by camera and now phone j running smoothly ..but still camera app is running in background and eating battery ...but now its not installing apps,....any method to stop camera in background ..i even can disable camera permanently if there is any method

Camera app shouldn't install any app or use data unnecessarily. As you've tried factory reset and it didn't fix the issue, there's something wrong with the software. Did you root the device? I guess you need to reinstall the OS. Try to find the firmware online and install it. Or, take it to service center they'll fix it.
Bro by installing firmware i will lost all my data or not ?

Yes Bro, all the data will be lost. It's better to backup all the data. Btw, proceed only when you've the firmware and you know how to do it.

You said you perform factory reset. So, factory reset also deletes all the data. If you haven't done factory reset yet try that first.

Install All In One Tool Box Pro from App Store and go to Tools --> Bootspeedup ---> Systemapps and disable Camera app from Starting when your phone boots up .

Your phone seems to have malware. You must do a fresh install of firmware on your device to get rid of this issue. If you are not aware of this process, take it to the service center and they can clean flash the firmware for a nominal amount. The steps you have taken might have resolved the issue temporarily, however the malware might still be there and there are serious things Android malware can do!!
