1. Dude. First read properly about Atmos systems. No Indian movie till ...
I suggest to shell out 300 or so and watch a movie in PVR instead.

By the way, I am in dubai, will purchase from here. I never bought from amazon, so I don't know about the customs duty (anyhow, I will confirm this with amazon team in case If I buy)
I have a 49" LG UHD, Lenovo I7, Minix U9H etc..
It's been months, I am planning to buy an AV receiver.
5.1 & 7.2 There is small difference.
Then why not I go for 7.2 with 4k so that I don't have to regret within short time.
I do watch english movies, Some torrents with 7.1 & atmos are available.
Speakers, here in dubizzle (olx) so many speakers are sold, Jamo, Boss, Onkyo..etc.
I can buy from there. AV receiver are also sold, but its risk to buy.
The model I mentioned above, its very cheep, that amount is equal to what here available used.
Can you please check amazone customs duty to dubai (I will also check).
Also any other suggestion for me since I am here.

I don't know the customs duty for Dubai. Check with amazon once. Also check if it is delivered there.
If you are interested in buying a good quality AV receiver, go for Yamaha or Denon. But, I am not sure if service is available in UAE. So, check their website once.
Make sure that the AVR has atleast 3 HDMI inputs (for Bluray player/PC, STB/cable and Gaming console)
