I tried and it worked and I got connected to it and I even get phone calls in this mode by VoLTE support
First open engineer mode in your phone then deselect EGSM 900 and WCMDA 2100,1900 and 2000 then click set
After that confirm you have activated volte for your bsnl sim as this is only a 4g network and no 2g or 3g is available
Next go to manual network selection and click 12345 4G and it'll work
Be sure to turn on roaming to connect to the mobile network with ur bsnl sim
