Mysterious mobile phone signal spotted in Tamilnadu

Bro's I too getting this signal from past 2 months, 12345 & 404999

404 999 is Indian Airforce 3G network for end to end secure communication for the high rank officers.

Samsung phones report as 12345

Mine also Samsung F15 5G bro , but getting bsnl 4g ( Cellone 4G in keypad 4g mobile) I think bsnl 4g it's in testing in my area, that's why not getting in smartphone, may be 12345 is new network bro

I am getting as weak signal at my place Tiruchengode (means I get that signal only at a particular angle) and getting as strong signal at Salem city (45 Km one way from my place). But BSNL gives usable 4G network at Salem. Then means is BSNL transmitting 4G at 2 different frequencies?.

At my place I get the 3G signal of BSNL only.

I am getting the 404 999 at Coimbatore city (few places) where the IAF has base.

Is IAF still using 3G?

I've checked with SIM of Vi, Airtel & Jio the network selection is always failed.
