U needs to place the speakers at lower height considerin ur sittin arrangement.. The Angle of Speakers should be towards u where u seat while watchin TV..

The Model Number of old Tv that i gave in exchange was LG 32LB620B
Yours is LG42LB6200
the Back panel of both the Tvs is the same

U got good deal on both TVs. Is it safe to order appliances online? How was experience? Guarantee / warranty  issues are covered? I read earlier that company's are reluctant to honor online purchases warranty.

US apparatus are designed to work on 60Cps while Indian apparatus are designed to work on 50Cps. so do u have any frequency changing device ??
