Well, Mr. Bhat ..... even I'm a senior citizen 
and I have generally been conversant with computers to a fair extent and smartphones up to a point. In fact I upgraded my PC on my own late last year with a new motherboard, processor and RAM and even went through a slight ordeal when it came to reactivating Windows 10 but was successful. I've had no problems with the Fire Stick too. However, I did get stumped with the issue I had with the Mi Box and in reflection it was a very basic problem. I discovered this Forum after I solved the problem but from now on this will be my "go to" place if I have any gadget related issue. I can see there are very knowledgeable members who are willing to help.
