My laptop facing boot up problem

My HP lap loaded with windows 8 is facing issue.
it is not opening boot up screen.

what can I do for this ?

bro,i think c drive is corrupt & need to reinstall the os & please try this producure after reinstall bro ,first remove the laptop battery & after plug the charger & try bro ,if not works means reinstall the os bro & if any importance file is available in c drive means,better to go for service centre:k
