Wonder where is this going to slot-in in their lineup.
Another budget phone?
If it's a ₹15-20k smartphone, then shouldn't it be called the Note instead?

Couple of years back I think Samsung and some other manufacturers had Google Play Edition devices. Can't see why Micromax can't have OTA Edition device.

The number sounds better for the common users. And the Note series for the Powers users and Enthusiasts. Like what Redmi does. They messed up the naming in the beginning itself.
Not a big issue as long as the product is good and the end customers are benifited.
True. I'm happy with both of their devices but as it's Indian company they don't have that big market which Redmi has.
I just wonder if they launch four devices in every six month one entry, one mid range budget, one gaming and one premium that's more than enough. We don't want it to be like Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Redmi who launches phone in confusing segment like they literally kept increasing and decreasing features in name of new device.
My guess for IN1
6.0-6.1" FHD+ display
3500-4500 mAh battery with fast charger
Type C port
MediaTek G90 Processor
P.S : From last few weeks they are doing survey in which people are choosing small display with decent battery and fast charger.

In what world is 6 inches small? I would also like a small screen device. I am not getting one without spending 30-40k. Samsung ruined everything with the Note series. Big screen use to be called phablets now it's called phones. My girlfriend currently uses an iPhone 6s. I know it's ancient but fits perfectly inside her purse. But that's a premium market. The market which Micromax is trying to get into demands bigger screen devices.
