Okay, but why did he go after the guy? He could've just ignored the post.
He was calling him liar. And if a company CEO is replying it's positive response that they are reading all our comments.
NOPE. Check the tweet you only posted. He is talking about Agni 5G than the brand. The quoted user was talking about the brand.

He doesn't have to. The brand which he was asking updates for was OnePlus and that wins over Lava anyday, because this guy still hasn't mentioned the update cadence for the Agni series. If that's just like the Z series, then OnePlus wins again.
Sorry dude I'm not here to justify anything but you took in some another way and I see in some another way. So, just leave it.

Also, OnePlus is already a billion dollar ' Chinese ' company. Lava is just homegrown ' Indian ' featured phone making company. Hopefully you are going to support them in their good work.

Good than he should respond to every single actual customer who has actually bought Lava's product and facing issue. That way I will believe you that he cares about consumers.

Meanwhile about your above post about my mindset. I was already supportive of Lava you can see your old threads. As I found their device quite good. I didn't like Micromax because of bad experience.

At first Lava is an older brand. It sold smartphones since like last decade using Chinese components no less. If we hide under patriotism we can't innovate. They got a good device coming with good specs. Let them built there brand around good devices over patriotism.

Absolutely right. These Indian manufacturers are manipulating users over patriotism than specs/price value, nothing more.

Oneplus' update scene is much better than Indian brands. But yes, its not the same OnePlus anymore even though they keep up with the updates.

FYI, i dont see what is "befitting" in CEO's reply.

CEOs shouldn't indulge in these trash talks. Let the fanboys go dirty

Now imagine if they miss an update due to some circumstances. Brand would be forever roasted on social media sites based on this reply.
