If Star channels are available on Jio TV+ with redirection to app, why are Star channels no longer available on app ? Where does JioTV+ get them from ?

They both are different Apps . Jio TV is a mobile only APP while Jio TV + is an app and one of the components( sub app) coupled inside the Jio Fiber box . As per the agreements now they have removed the star channels from Jio TV App ie mobile only app.

Hotstar app on Jio fiber still has live TV option. Probably developed a separate app specifically for jio fiber to support live TV

Update
24Hrs Tv. news channel added on 1476 .

A update happened I guess due to which a lightish blue hue background is coming, Can anybody confirm this development as the same is not looking good.

Also channels like PTC Dhol TV HD , boogle bollywood ( removed from ZEE5 ) ,Punjab Plus, Scoop Whoop , Awakening , bhakti Darpan international are not working currently in Jio TV +

Yes not working here as well.

Sony Max SD/HD, Sony Max 2 and Sony Wah logo removed and now it says Digital feed at the bottom right. Sony Max and Max 2 are showing same content

Yes but major ones as all star channels are not present on Jio TV +

Refer the 1st post for Jio TV+ channels list. Fox life, Star sports 3 ,Star Gold Thrills, Star Gold Romance, Star Gold Select, Star Gold 2 . Nat Geo, Nat Geo wild , Star movies select, star movies and their HD versions . all the kids channels like super Hungama, Hungama ,Disney HD, Disney Junior etc are not present on Jio TV + rest all are present including regional ones.
