Seeking Help Jio's vouchers not appearing

I have 12 gb worth of data voucher. But I am unable to redeem as it shows 'not authorised' for some reason.

Okay, fixed the error myself. As customer care was of no help. Notified about same to nodal team. All we needed to do was update the Android System WebView. Earlier same use to work with Android System WebView disabled.

That is cashback voucher. This is data voucher.
