If you accept, it'll run in the background and eat battery and memory. But if this app really needs to run in background, you can give the permission by going to settings-apps-appname-permissions

But jio4GVoice already runs in background via active notification. I've enabled all the permissions also.
What else the app needs? Is it to keep data active even after disabling data (note that no incoming calls on Jio sim if data is off)?
