Seeking Help JioFiber STB not showing 4K resolution option after firmware update

After yesterdays STB software update version 11.2.28....I am not able to get 4k resolution...Only getting 1080 ...does anyone getting same problem
 
I am yet to get this software version on my STB so can not check/confirm.

If your TV has 4K resolution and Jio STB is not showing 4K resolution option after the firmware update, then it can be a bug in the updated firmware.
 
Plz suggest whether i should raise a complain regarding this to the customer support...i am only getting 1080p resolution after the update...i have changed the HDMI cable and the TV port also but the problem still remains the same.It was working fine in version 11.2.11

My STB firmware updated to version 11.2.28 today and HDMI resolution was auto changed to 1080p@60hz but I manually changed it to 4k2k@60hz and it works fine.

I think there is some bug with this latest firmware and you can wait for the time being.

Ok...also i am not getting the option too...lets hope it resolve before IPL starts

It used to happen occasionally in my STB too. Haven't changed since a while though.
