Discussion JioFiber long-standing routing issues

Facing more and more issues nowadays. Often, Twitter (X) is not even opening. I am literally plugging my local ISP to get that site opened. Same issue happening with Discord.

Saw people complaining about the same issues and sometimes more in different places. How about you guys?

One similar thing I noticed between the two is both are IPv4-only sites and I am not having issues in most other websites. OnlyTech and various sites on Cloudflare free plan are also working completely fine.

My Twitter usage has gone down significantly due to this.

Buy a new wifi 6 router and use it with Jio router

I am mainly using AX53 V2 with a TP Link ONT, but tried using Jio ONT too.

Anyway, how do you think people all over India will have issues on specific websites at the same time? Yes, their router issue right?

Also, I am from central India.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You are talking like a typcial Jio engineer who are only feed with one solution i.e. rebooting the Jio ONT to fix all kind of issues.

For your kind information, I already use two TP Link Deco WiFi 6E routers connected to my JioFiber setup. Yet all the above stated issues are happening.

The issue can not be controlled or resolved at our end. If it's not happening with your connection, doesn't necessarily mean that issue is at our end.

Also Jio technicans here visit me even before the given slot

It is bad that the Jio technicans are absconding in many cases in North India and not reaching on time and even asking for tips from consumers

From my pov, it's very surprising and concerning. I apologise if you felt like I am minimising your issues but why is there such a disparity in service

I don't know about Twitter (X), but I suppose you are not having issues in Discord and similar websites which use Cloudflare Premium plans/Argo, because you are from South India. And that's why, I suppose, you are not being routed through Cloudflare's Mumbai server, so you are not facing the issue.

Twitter issue happens quite rarely with me. So, I don't know why that happens.

Discord also seems to be fixed. Super quick loading.
