I've tried Vi. Even on Vi network it doesn't work. Infact, even OnlyTech also doesn't with Vi. DreamDTH works fine though.

Airtel works fine for all.

No issues here. But I am using custom DNS (Google DNS) instead of Jio default DNS if that is making any difference.

Go to Phone settings -> Connections -> More connection settings -> Private DNS

Fill this there: dns.google

I don't use Brave browser so don't know whethee it has some type of VPN that is causing the issue.

Try disabling IPv6. That made most websites work fast, though some Cloudflare powered forums like OnlyTech sometimes require reloading to load the site but once it loads, it works fast.

It's a Brave browser issue. Try with Chrome. Or try disabling the shield.
