They filled two forms. I gave Voter id Xerox, two photographs. They have taken my pan card number too.

They asked my mobile. They installed an app over their Wi-Fi, I think this is for non Samsung and LG phones. And they didn't ask imei number neither did they check that when they took my mobile.

Yes it's Lte enabled but I doubt volte.

Then you can try. But they are denying the SIM for only LTE devices as of now. Just give it a try though.
