If you didn't receive first sms, then the documents aren't with jio yet bro. Wait till tomorrow and check with the store guys again. But I'm sure it'll definitely get activated. They are not nitpicking customers, don't worry. And yes, their customer care is not working. Twitter handle is better.

Even twitter handle is not working correctly.Even after sending details they are still asking same question..It's really weird how my friend got and I didn't mine was just next to him....Will wait till sunday and will visit the store again on monday.. :'( :'( :'(

When they newly launched this offer customer care was quite good. Before month they were picking calls instantly. May br too much traffic is what making them bad. They should prepare them well to manage it before commercial launch.

Reliance Jio 4G sim Preview Offer extended to Gionee, Lava and Karbonn devices


Reliance Jio 4G Preview Offer is now be extended to customers of all 4G smartphones from Gionee, Lava, and Karbonn. The offer was initially restricted to LYF mobiles by Reliance. The company has since made it available for companies like Samsung, LG, Panasonic, YU and Micromax.

As per Jio’s preview offer, customers get unlimited access to Jio’s 4G service for 90 days from the activation of the sim. The services of the offer include 4G-LTE services, including unlimited HD voice and video calls, unlimited high-speed data, unlimited SMS and a host of Jio apps like JioOnDemand, JioBeats, JioPlay, JioMags, JioMoney and more.

Users of all 4G smartphones of the three brands can avail the Jio Preview Offer at their nearest Reliance Digital stores, which include Digital Xpress Mini and Digital Xpress. The offer will also be available with select other smartphone retail stores across the country. Customers can get the Jio SIM upon submitting their KYC documents at the time of purchase of their smartphones.

Reliance Jio 4G was initially launched by the company for its employees in a test phase, which was later extended to family members, friends, and vendors. The offer has since opened up to LYF smartphones, and users of smartphones from select companies. The company recently announced the preview offer for Alcatel, Asus, and TCL devices.

Reliance Jio Preview Offer is also available with JioFi (Wi-Fi hotspot device). JioFi is a portable Wi-Fi hotspot that works with the Jio 4G sim and is priced at Rs 2,899.

Got jio sim activated after 3 days , really loving it ... JioPlay is excellent ... with 30 HD Channels ... Jio On Demand and JioMag are also good .. Once we login to these apps , we can use them with normal wifi too .... so speed isnt problem for me , even if jio fails to provide !
