Thats not goos thing , many users have 3g mobiles , now just 4g users enjoying

And Volte enabled smartphones can only make voice calls. On LTE phones calls will not work.

You can install jiojoin app to make calls on non VOLTE phones.

Why not ? AFAIK Data connection through Jio SIM will work on all LTE phones. So We can always route our calls through OTT apps like Duo, skype, whatsapp, Hangout and also there is JioJoin app for JioFi users we just need Data connection  :tup
