Sent a tweet in the mrng to jiocare and they asked fro jio number,registered number,store location after sending that there was no response from them and now I have sent a new tweet and again they are asking for same details.

I have send the email for jio mifi 2 device details,4 days gone till now not send the reply  :u

Either there are lots of applications/requests   so taking time or they are selecting users randomly due to huge response.

Someone got the sim yesterday and he got it activated through jiocare today itself

Today I went to Reliance Digital Mini where I didn't get any form and neither got form from another Reliance Digital Mini.
Another, thing I'm not getting option of 'Get Your Jio Sim' in MyJio

Their customer care is still not working. Kept me on hold for half an hour and still not transfered to a human!

Yesterday I got message ' thank you for choosing Jio. we have received your application.......' . But the sim is not activated yet. My friend did informed me that he received call from Jio for verification (I provided his contact as reference). Do I need to call CC to get this activated?

You'll receive another message saying your SIM is ready for tele verification. Then you can call 1977 for activation. Their customer care is not working.
