Guys;
I have purchased Jio SIM on 7 April & recharge it by 402 (99+303) but still i haven't got SMS from Jio for activation of Summer Surprise offer.
Even I am getting SMS for dis-continuation of services if I not recharge my Jio no by 309..

please help

Call customer care @198. If recharged before 10th April, the IVR would tell that you are already in summer surprise offer.

So just don't worry.

I recharged on 4 April n also got "founding member..." msg for SSO but till now in my account showing HNY offer.not showing any recharge history or upcoming plan.3 days ago when I checked there was 303 as upcoming plan n also showed 303 recharge under recharge history.now not show ing anything like members posted above
