Those who are recharging their number before increasing price they may not use their 20% jio mart cb on recharge. Because CB valid till 90 days and we have recharged our number before time period.

I also had issues with applying cashback during recharge on My Jio app. So logged in on laptop using chrome and was able to apply and use cashback
