Discussion Jio may increase prices soon due to increased debt

If they continues to run like this,then they may get minimized to a regional network!

In Assam and West Best almost everybody's primary or secondary connection is Vodafone or Idea. Airtel doesn't even come close as it's most hated network because of all those vas reduction. Vodafone gain monster share of customer. I have no idea of Docomo and Uninor as it never came here. It was Vodafone who first introduced ₹10 recharge and offered attractive merch with new connection. Idea offered the highest speed among 2G operators back then. These customers won't move out if they reduce sim retention charge.

I personally don't think Jio will increase the existing pack prices for another 4-6 quarters. They will aim to bleed Airtel & Vodafone to death before they go for any hike.

They may announce a new paid Jio Prime pack for their added services like Music, TV etc (i.e., not offer it free from a future date). Another reason to think so is the anticipated announcement of Jio Fiber based services on 12th.

i have been reading so many Report saying JIO wil now increase price..Jio will not be cheap anymore...like this.. from last 2 years..And till now Nothing has happened Anything like this.. News Sites Predict all the time...Its all just bullsh*t.. Because This will never Happen...Not now and not even in future...Mukesh ambani Has promised..that Jio Will Always Be cheaper and will give more value than Other operators...N i have full faith in him..

Bro actually Jio packs are 15-20% less expensive compared to other operator. All Airtel voda-idea packs are 50 rupees more expensive compared to Jio so it's even out.

20% more data? I get 3 GB for ₹48 on Airtel. On Jio it's ₹98 for 2 GB.

TV uses to cost more before now it's dirt cheap after Xiaomi and VU's entry. I don't see anyone bashing Samsung and Sony on same.
Edit - We still had one of the cheapest data plan compared to rest of world.

Samsung and Sony TV are best in class. Xiaomi makes cheap TV's
