Seeking Help Jio Fiber FAT Box fully used

The box could be full, but not everyone might be using it, I've faced the same issue but the guy who came to register my connection checked where every cable went and asked them if they are using it or not, I got one empty slot, Try getting a new connection instead of relocating, then they will show more interest.
