Despite being installing the FTTH Boxes and despite being proper fiber expansion Jio is suddenly stopped giving their fiber(wired) Connections, instead they are giving useless, rubbish Air Fiber Services. So, now I am suspecting some points which can be the reason of Jio this decision!
1. Some months ago at my place there was an issue between Local Operators and Jio, Local Operators were cutting Jio's fiber here and there, and threatened the Jio's employees.
2. To Maintain the whole system, Jio needed employees but many employees left Jio and joined Airtel, reason is obviously payment problem.
3. Jio is now cutting there own fiber cables through their mans to promote their Air Fiber because at air fiber LCO s can't do anything
One of the following points can be the reason whatever, but now my concern is how can I get the fiber connection because at their website or app there is no option to book Jio Wired fiber now, so from where can I book my connection
