Just saw an add on jio cinema saying free streaming of IPL. are they following same FIFA strategy. Is this why they said we will deliver ipl to ddfd households

Bad strategy. if they had plans to provide free streaming there should be premium offer along with. Otherwise those who wish for an adfree(willing to pay) experience also has to tolerate the 30 seconds ad on every start and other in app ads.
IMO, 1. Free plan - Quality upto 720p with ads, No Hype mode.
Paid plan - Upto 4k with Hype mode and Minimal ads(Only conventional ads during the match)

You will definitely feel you are watching low key Star Presentation though... All are poached from there only... The mock auction was a nonsense to be frank Atleast from what I have seen now.

My guess is Jio cinema will be crashing tomorrow, they can't manage huge cricket fans like other OTTs.
