I expected they will provide a high FPS stream

Expecting the same, Yesterday 4K was totally awesome but today the broadcast lags so much...totally disaster. 2K works perfectly. What's the point of 4K if it doesn't work well.

May be Jio infrastructure is not ready for higher fps. At least they can provide option to change the fps like video quality.

Noticed few footbal channels with FullHD 25fps and 50fps, there is huge difference. FullHd 50fps is far better than 4k 25fps.

As Jio is new in the live streaming market, lets give them few seasons to improve quality.

IMO, they can provide fullHD 50fps instead of 4K 25fps.

They can’t provide 50fps as production by STAR for all BCCI events, not Jio . STAR still sticks to 25 fps, but Spark sport produces NZC cricket in 50fps, which is streaming in Prime video

I think not really... How sky sports UHD and few other country Tv channel/OTT streamers are able to telecast same IPL with 50fps.

Not sure how live telecast works in background.

Wrong. Cricket matches are produced at standard 60fps. It's upto the broadcaster if they want to enable it for their viewers or not. Fox sports have been giving 50-60fps of India's home matches since the past decade

Fox Sports airs BCCI cricket in Australia on TV at higher FPS. Pretty sure BCCI isn't the culprit here..
