Yes You can Use Jio Sim In 3G Smartphone With Help of Small steps.

First step to download Shortcut master android application,

After download shortcut master simply install in your android device.

Now open this app and select engineering mode or service menu from main menu.

Here find system APP OPTION if this option is not available then dial *#2263# from dialer app. Now Go To Key Input And Enter 0000 and Wait some times.

After that select System app option and you need to change LTE bands.

Now go to Select - Protocol - NAS - Network Control - Band Selection - LTE Band and select Band 40.

After that restart your 3G phone and enjoy reliance jio 4G sim in your 3G phone.

*Roaming charges will also be zero

*Jio will offer data at Rs 50 per GB (base rate) against Rs 250 per GB charged on average by other operators.

Jio has tied up with BSNL as a fall back option. So no trick required, Jio users will be able to use Jio sim on all phones by default  :lol
 
Please don't keep saying that it's 50 rupees per GB. It's not! At least, they could mention that it's the Wi-Fi data.

How can 3G Phone have LTE Radio ?

Most probably it's a tip to install malicious phishing app onto your phone after all if a phone's modem doesn't support 4G freq how can a software hack can enable it ;)

If still someone gets signal on 2G or 3G phone then it must be BSNL's signal bcoz of roaming pact with jio :k
 
No some snapdragon chips supports LTE where manufactureres may have hidden to 3g only. In this case u will use above trick to enable 4g .. only data will work..

Which 3G phone are you talking about ? :huh

BTW data is the only thing you need as you can use JioJoin app to make volte call from it
