He's biding time, as all the media was after asaram, he want dust to settle down, and media to go away from d case.
As he was close to getting jessica lal's murderer out on bail as well, but when media started playing hue n cry over it, it build pressure on judges... and he couldnt get mannu sharma out.

He has been quoted to say, that it is d media which got mannu sharma convicted, and all public sentiment that goes alog wid media, due to which he lost.

Hence, he wants media out of asaram's case, I m sure he ll get him out after few months :win
