No for that there is uts app.

And one more thing to note that

Tatkal booking is not allowed in first 30 minutes of tatkal booking start. So from 10-10:30 am(AC)and 11-11:30 am(NonAc)you cannot book tatkal tickets.

After this time tatkal is allowed but of no use as all seats will be booked
